The P&G Careers section of PG.com received a facelift in the summer of 2007. The first phase - designing a compact, yet easy to navigate through the site's vast information. The solution - incorporating a sophisticated, yet clear job search bar offering multiple ways to access information. The search bar involved designing five site color schemes to offer each individual country a choice to choose a scheme that would co-ordinate well with their pre-existing site. The second phase of the project - redesigning the main page. The design simplified and organized the page. A Flash piece portraying the value proposition for the P&G Careers section evokes excitement about working for Procter & Gamble. An animated rotating Flash feature in the left-column, promotes and allows easy access to the three key areas of the careers section of PG.com. To view the flash piece, click here.
